Payments are processed through third-party providers. ArchersDB does not store full payment card details.

9. Mobile App, Offline Data and Notifications

Your ArchersDB account is shared between the website and Android app. The app securely stores an authentication token, may cache account information, training results and unfinished scores in local device storage, and sends synchronized scoring data to our servers when a connection is available. Unsent offline records remain on that device until submitted or cleared. When you enable push notifications, we use device notification tokens and notification delivery services to send account-relevant updates. Disabling notifications stops future notifications but does not automatically delete the account.

10. Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion through your signed-in web account, the Android app's Account menu or our public account deletion page. We verify account ownership, cancel an associated personal Pro Stripe subscription and delete eligible account-associated personal information. Some shared competition, club, family and coaching records require additional review to prevent removing data belonging to other people. We may retain records where required for payment, tax, dispute, security or other legal obligations; retained records must be minimized and access-restricted. Data in older backups will expire according to backup retention schedules rather than immediately disappear from historical recovery media. Unsent data on other devices must be cleared on those devices; do not claim remote erasure of offline devices. Contact us through the public deletion page with questions.
