Groups + coach assignments
Organize teams or programs, assign coaches, and give staff the right view of the archers they are responsible for.
ArchersDB Coaching
Connect coaches, trainees, families, training history, assignments, schedules, notes, media, pins, attendance, and program financials in the same platform your archers already use.
Coaching workflow
Organize teams or programs, assign coaches, and give staff the right view of the archers they are responsible for.
Review linked trainee training sessions from the coaching workspace and keep performance conversations grounded in actual scoring history.
Send structured work to trainees, collect submissions, and move practice items through active and review workflows.
Keep coaching notes, trainee conversations, group broadcasts, and the coach/trainee action center together instead of scattered across apps.
Create sessions individually or in bulk, view upcoming work, take attendance, and export schedule reports.
Support guardian contacts, family join codes, managed youth accounts, guardian portals, and training access for youth archers.
Track pin-program progress and award history alongside the trainee record.
Maintain trainee media, coach media libraries, tags, group resources, and staff documents in the same coaching environment.
Create billing plans and invoices, record payments, produce PDFs, and export invoice, payment, and outstanding-balance data.
For families too
ArchersDB supports managed youth accounts and guardian access so a family can participate in the coaching workflow while the program still keeps clean records for each trainee.
Use guardian contacts and family join codes to connect the right adults to a youth trainee.
Guardians can access the appropriate coaching portal, schedules, practice work, pins, and training workflows.
Training and coaching activity stays associated with the trainee instead of living only in a coach's notebook.
Monthly plans
Coaching plans are based on active trainee capacity. The current ArchersDB plans are:
For solo coaches or small training groups.
For clubs running structured coaching programs.
For larger programs, JOAD groups, and multi-coach organizations.
Active-trainee capacity is enforced by the coaching subscription. Releasing or archiving a trainee frees an active spot while historical coaching records can remain associated with the organization.
