About ArchersDB

Archery software should understand how a range actually works.

ArchersDB was built to connect the workflows that are usually split between paper scorecards, spreadsheets, generic registration tools, messaging apps, and one-off scoring systems. The goal is one archery-focused platform that works for the individual archer and scales all the way to clubs, coaching programs, leagues, and tournaments.

For archers

Training sessions, loadouts, statistics, competition participation, and a history that stays with the archer.

For coaches

Groups, trainees, families, assignments, schedules, notes, media, pins, attendance, and financial workflows.

For organizers

Participants, imports, payments, check-in, line times, field slots, tablets, scoreboards, standings, and reports.

For competition staff

Qualification, smart assignments, eliminations, shoot-ups, tie breaks, adjudication, and live match operations.

Range-first design

Real constraints belong in the software.

A range is more than a lane count. ArchersDB can account for bales, target positions, excluded positions, line coverage, shooting distance, wheelchair and para requirements, restricted field slots, and the scoring devices actually being used on the floor.

One archer record

Training, coaching, and competition should connect.

An archer should not become a brand-new record every time they train, join a league, work with a coach, or enter an event. ArchersDB is designed around a persistent account so the useful history can follow the person while organizers still retain the operational records they need.

Where we are going

Less administration. More time on the range.

Every workflow we add is aimed at reducing duplicate entry, making scoring easier to operate on real hardware, and giving archers, coaches, staff, and families the information they actually need.
